Faculty and alumna honored on “25 Top Nurse Practitioner Program Professors” list

Associate Dean Sandra Engberg and Pitt Nursing alumna Margaret Grey have been listed among the “25 Top Nurse Practitioner Program Professors.” The list features faculty from across the country who are “among the best of the best, who have proven themselves time and again to be top educators and top nurses.”

Dr. Engberg is Professor and Associate Dean for Graduate Clinical Education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. Her teaching responsibilities include courses in global health care, women's health management, and geriatric management for the School’s nurse practitioner students. Dr. Engberg is a fellow in the American Academy of Nursing.

School of Nursing alumna Margaret Grey (BSN ’70), Dean and Annie Goodrich Professor at the Yale University School of Nursing, has also been named Outstanding Nurse Scientist by the American Academy of Nursing/Council for the Advancement of Nursing Science and a Legacy Laureate of the University of Pittsburgh.
