Undergraduate Students

Review the admission requirements for high school graduates to earn the BSN Degree, our full-time, pre-licensure baccalaureate nursing program. 

Transfer Students

We invite you to explore details about transferring to the School of Nursing whether you are a current Pitt student (internal transfer) or attend another university (external transfer).

Accelerated 2nd Degree BSN

Are you looking for a career change to nursing? Graduates of a baccalaureate (non-nursing) degree may earn a BSN in only 3 consecutive terms! Current baccalaureate (non-nursing) students can plan to complete the prerequisites during their first degree, then consider the Accelerated 2nd Degree BSN as a 5th year option. RN Options-BSN or BSN with Early Admission to MSN or DNP

Review admission requirements for the RN Options, which provides an opportunity for registered nurses with either an ACEN, NLN, ACICS, or CCNE accredited diploma or associate degree to enhance their knowledge and career prospects. Students may choose to earn a BSN or opt to earn a BSN and elect Early Admission to the MSN or DNP.

Graduate Students
