Congratulations to rising seniors Shawna Witt and Ashley Van Slyke! Each has been selected as a recipient of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association Board of Directors Student Scholars award.
This award provides students with grants for organization membership, conference attendance, and other networking and recognition opportunities. Witt and Van Slyke were among only 15 undergraduate students from across the United States who were selected for this prestigious award. Pitt Nursing was the only program that had two students selected for this honor.
