Pitt Nursing to Host Conference on Veterans’ Transition to Civilian Life

With more than 200,000 service members leaving active duty over the next five years, the School felt it was timely to explore the challenges faced by returning veterans and their families in the areas of physical health, psychological treatment and support, and potential barriers to accessing health care and social services.
