Sheila Alexander Made Fellow of Critical Care Medicine Group

Associate Professor Sheila Alexander was honored at the American College of Critical Care Medicine (ACCM) Convocation, February 22, when she was accepted as a “Fellow” of the organization. Alexander was selected for Fellowship based on her commitment to the ideals and practice of multi-professional critical care, her leadership and participation in the ACCM organization, and her contributions to advancing technical and cognitive aspects of critical care. Dr. Alexander’s work has also been recognized by the International Society of Nurses in Genetics (the Founders Award for Excellence in Education) and the Society of Critical Care Medicine (the 2015 Presidential Citation for Outstanding Contributions). Congratulations to Dr. Alexander on this significant honor!
