Thousands of dollars in cash. A trip to Hawaii. Even a gift card worth a thousand bucks! Those are some of the prizes second year Pitt nursing student Noah Stockwell took home after a stint on the popular tv game show, Wheel of Fortune.
“I was expecting to just get a few thousand dollars and leave satisfied. I didn’t want to get my hopes up because, obviously, there’s already a lot of pressure to be on the show,” Stockwell told The Pitt News in an interview. “I did not expect to win a trip from the show.”
