Sessions for Prospective Accelerated 2nd Degree BSN Students

No RSVP required.

Who should attend?

  • Current baccalaureate (college) students (may consider the Accelerated 2nd Degree BSN as a fifth year option)
  • Individuals with a previous baccalaureate or graduate degree in another discipline

This is a great opportunity to learn about the Accelerated 2nd Degree BSN Program. The program is designed to enable students, with a previous baccalaureate or graduate degree, to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree in three consecutive terms. We’ll discuss the admissions criteria, prerequisite course requirements, application process, curriculum, and clinical experiences.

Please note that this session is designed for students interested in the three-term, Accelerated 2nd Degree BSN. Visit our Web site if you’re interested in the four-year, Undergraduate BSN or RN Options-Early Admission to MSN or DNP.

You may combine your visit with a Campus Walking Tour hosted by Pitt’s Office of Admissions & Financial Aid. Visit this Web site to register.
