Remote Assistance and Telephone Support: For telephone support, call (412) 648-2222. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. If you have a support request outside of these hours, your call will be forwarded to the main Pitt IT Help Desk. Be sure to click on the attached vCard to add the new information to your Contacts.
Email Support: You can email email@example.com from any email address, and a ticket will automatically be created for you. You can also submit an online service request on our Health Sciences IT Support site, https://support.hs.pitt.edu. Please address your request to School of Nursing, and your ticket will be assigned to an onsite team member.
Onsite Assistance: To provide you with even more comprehensive support, we have technicians available onsite to offer prompt, in-person assistance when needed. Walk-in IT support is available to all Health Sciences staff and faculty Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM in the Victoria Building, Suite #218. We will continue to provide classroom/AV support Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. For A/V support, please call (412) 624-2419.
