Profile
Dr. King teaches pediatric clinical courses for the School of Nursing. She has been a professor since 2012 and was promoted to full-time faculty in January 2020.
Dr King is a Pediatric Nurse at UPMC Children's Hospital since 2008 in the Cardiac ICU and Same Day Surgery areas. Dr. King received her BSN from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008, MSN in Nursing Education from Chatham University in 2011, and DNP from Duquesne University in 2019.
