Summer Graduation Reception

Graduates should wear business attire. 

Each student may bring 3 guests.

The easiest drop-off point is located directly to the North side of the building on Allequippa Street. Signage will be placed for ease of entry.

There are two accessible entrances into the building, depending on which direction you are coming from.

If you are coming from Allequippa Street, the accessible entrance is located at the Sports Performance Center. Follow the sidewalk to the first entry door on the left. Once inside the building, follow signage directing to the elevator.

If you are coming from Terrace Street, you must enter the Petersen Events Center, and board the elevator. Once aboard the elevator, select level “LL.” From there, you will cross directly into the Victory Heights Arena via the main entrance.

All surrounding parking facilities are operated solely by the Pitt Parking Office.

• The nearest parking option is the OC Parking Lot, located on Allequippa Street. There is a $7 parking fee for all University of Pittsburgh commencement ceremonies.
• An alternative parking option is the Soldiers & Sailors Garage located at 4101 Fifth Avenue.
• Accessible parking is available at the Presbyterian Hospital garage.
