Credits Taken for Doctoral Dissertation

POLICY:

The course NUR 3010 is taken for dissertation credit. Each student must register for a minimum of 12 dissertation credits during their program of study.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Students register for the course NUR 3010 when developing their dissertation.
  2. Students may register for additional credits of NUR 3010 until they have completed the dissertation.
  3. Students who have completed all credit requirements for the degree, including the minimum 12 dissertation credits, and are working full time on their dissertation may register, with the permission of the Dean/designate, for the Full Time Dissertation Study Course, 0 credits.
