Change of Status from Provisional to Full Graduate Status

POLICY:

Master's, PhD, or DNP students admitted with Provisional Status must achieve and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above in courses required for the degree sought including those taken as a special non-degree seeking student. Students must be eligible for Full Graduate Status by the completion of 12 credits toward the degree (not including prerequisites) in order to remain in the program.

PROCEDURE:

All students admitted with Provisional Status are monitored each term by the Center for Student Success. At the completion of 12 credits toward the degree, the Center for Student Success initiates transfer from Provisional to Full Graduate Status and communicates change to student, Program Director/ Coordinator.
