POLICY:

In preparation of graduate theses and dissertations, the student must also refer to the latest edition of the Electronic Theses and Dissertations at the University of Pittsburgh. In preparation of manuscripts for publication, the student should refer to the manuscript style required by the journal. The faculty of record may choose the most appropriate style for written assignments in their courses.
