Profile

My research focus involves understanding biobehavioral interactions on cancer risk and cancer-related health outcomes in women. I am particularly interested in long-term effects of adjuvant therapy on comorbid conditions in women`s cancer survivors. I am currently an NIH K12 Clinical Research Scholar through the Clinical Translational Science Institute. I am working on examining the roles of inflammatory biomarkers and genetics in adjuvant therapy-induced cardiovascular risk in breast cancer survivors.
