Hydrocodone 10/650 mg. one tablet q 4 hrs. prn pain
Janumet 50/500 mg. po bid
Glipizide 20 mg. po bid
Prednisone 10 mg. po daily
Hycodan Elixir 5-10 ml. q 4 hrs.
Albuteral 6 puffs q 2 hours prn
