The University of  Pittsburgh School of Nursing is looking for qualified applicants for full-time clinical teaching positions in undergraduate medical-surgical nursing.

Faculty members are full-time employees of the University and receive dedicated time and resources to perform scholarly work, travel to present their work at professional conferences, and opportunities to pursue specialty certification and faculty practice. Faculty promotion opportunities are available for all ranks.

Qualifications for these non-tenure faculty positions include an earned doctorate (DNP or PhD) and RN Iicensure in Pennsylvania.  Salary and academic rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

Ranked ninth in the 2020 edition of U.S. News & World Report's "America's Best Graduate Schools,” and fourth in NIH research dollars awarded, the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing offers daylight hours, excellent salary, health, and tuition benefits and retirement package.
