High School Applicants
All applicants should obtain application forms and materials from the University Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, Masonic Temple, University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA 15260 (412 -624-PITT). Early completion and return of forms to that same office will facilitate the admission process. Specific questions about the nursing program and curriculum can be answered through attending an Information Session in the School of Nursing.

All high school applicants must meet the requirements for admission to the University of Pittsburgh as well as those specifically for the School of Nursing. High school courses required of all applicants are:

** Two units of foreign language as an elective are highly recommended.
School of Nursing faculty recommend that students consider taking any of the following courses if offered: Statistics, Anatomy and Physiology, Genetics, or any Computer Class.
