- I am honored to be a member of NSA. This organization provides opportunities for expanding students’ knowledge, professional development, and community service. It also provides opportunities for student nurses to engage with other students in the state and national nursing student organizations. I am very excited for this upcoming school year and eager for new members to become an integral part of our organization!

NSA is a great organization at the University of Pittsburgh! All the service opportunities it provides allow us to make a difference in the community. The friendships and support system that NSA provides help to make student life at Pitt much more enjoyable and fun.

- NSA is a great organization to meet new people and get involved in other activities outside the School of Nursing. We have volunteered for the Ronald McDonald House and participated in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Light the Night Walk. I am also involved in NSA to learn about the nursing profession and its many opportunities.

- NSA is a well-respected Pitt student organization. Our involvement in service projects benefits local communities and the University. The social atmosphere of NSA provides opportunities for new and strengthened friendships. Members have opportunities to have fun while working together and helping others! These are among the many reasons that I decided to get involved with NSA.

I became a part of NSA because it is a group of driven students dedicated to professional development, community involvement, and giving a voice to nursing students. I see this organization as a fun way to network and meet new people while making a difference in the School of Nursing.
