Research
My research focuses on the impact of sleep disorders on health outcomes and treatment management in chronic disorders. I currently have an NIH Mentored Career Development Award (K23) in which I will be developing and testing a motivational intervention that includes significant others aimed at improving adherence to continuous positive airway pressure therapy (CPAP) in those with sleep apnea.Teaching

I am a member of the Sleep Research Society, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Society of Behavioral Medicine, and American Psychological Association.Education
