Nursing Informatics Minor
The minor in Nursing Informatics is available to students pursuing graduate education at the University of Pittsburgh. The curriculum prepares students to use clinical information system applications to manage data, information, and knowledge; to provide guidance within an interdisciplinary framework to others in developing clinical information systems; to promote the integrity of and access to information; and, to become involved in efforts to improve information management and communication. The Nursing Informatics Minor would appear on the graduate’s transcript.
